Location : Hyderabad Reports To : Founder Role Overview : We are seeking a Growth Manager to scale revenue and optimize performance across Amazon, Nykaa and other B2B marketplaces. This role requires expertise in marketplace operations, performance marketing, and data-driven growth strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Responsibilities : Revenue Growth & Profitability:
- Drive monthly revenue
- Implement strategies to maximize sales
- Drive Profitability
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics like ACOS, TACOS, and CTR.
- Optimize product listings (keywords, images, A+ content)
- Monitor and adhere to marketplace best practices.
- Work with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory levels across marketplaces.
- Avoid stockouts and overstocking by implementing demand forecasting techniques.

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance

- 2+ years of experience in D2C brand managing marketplaces
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in D2C
- Strong knowledge of Advertising & marketplace (FB ads, Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads).
- Analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred.
