Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Head to lead our efforts in scaling Instagram engagement and growing our followers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies, curate compelling content, and leverage data insights to strengthen our online presence and foster a thriving community. Key Responsibilities: Instagram Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a growth strategy to scale Instagram followers and engagement.
- Identify target audiences and develop content plans tailored to their interests.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality and engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar.
- Build relationships with influencers, collaborators, and partners to amplify reach.
- Organize interactive campaigns such as polls, challenges, or live sessions.
- Track and analyze Instagram metrics (followers, reach, engagement rates, etc.) to evaluate performance.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Manage Instagram ads, including planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
- Explore organic growth opportunities through creative campaigns, collaborations, and trends.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to align Instagram strategies with broader business goals.
- Align Instagram campaigns with other social media platforms for consistent messaging.
- Proven experience managing and scaling Instagram accounts with a significant following.
- Expertise in Instagram features, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Insights, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and content creation skills.
- Experience with influencer partnerships and paid advertising on Instagram.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Previous work in a similar role in the digital media, e-commerce, or lifestyle industry.
