Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead

QA Lead (2 Positions) – Remote | 12-Week Project | ASAP Start Are you a QA Lead who looks at a test case and thinks, "Why is this still manual in 2025?" Do you dream in scripts and wake up debugging reality? Then we have the perfect gig for you! We’re on the hunt for two QA Leads to support one of the world's largest management consulting firms on a project for a huge financial company in the US. This is not your ordinary QA Engineer role —we need someone who can still handle user test cases but, more importantly, be the automation oracle and advise if testing should be automated. What You’ll Do:

• Lead testing efforts on a high-impact financial project (manual testing exists , but you’ll help decide if automation should take over).
• Analyze user test cases and determine which ones can be automated (because why work harder when you can work smarter?).
• Collaborate with the project team and provide expert guidance on automation feasibility.
• Mentor QA engineers know the drill how to automate.
• Work with a US-based team but follow Indian Time Zone (so no 3 AM calls—unless you’re into that).

• Strong experience in manual testing and automation strategy —someone who can tell us when to automate, how to automate, and why we haven’t already.
• Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or whatever magic you use).
• A natural problem solver who isn’t afraid to challenge "but we've always done it this way" thinking.
• Availability to start ASAP
