Infor Syteline Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Functional Consultant with a strong background in supply chain, operations, and manufacturing process management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Infor Syteline solutions across various industries. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:

1. Functional Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of Infor Syteline solutions.
2. Configure and Implement : Configure Infor Syteline applications to meet customer requirements, perform thorough testing, and ensure timely project delivery.
3. Functional Support : Provide ongoing support and training to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure optimal use of Infor Syteline solutions.
4. Project Management : Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Business Process Improvement : Work with customers to identify areas for business process improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
6. Documentation : Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date functional documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
7. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
8. Knowledge Sharing : Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and the broader organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
9. Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve Infor Syteline-related issues, providing timely and effective support to customers and internal teams.
10. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all implemented solutions meet the required quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience : 2-5 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Functional Consultant or in a related role.
3. Infor Syteline Expertise : Proven knowledge and experience working with Infor Syteline applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
6. Business Process Knowledge : Understanding of supply chain, operations, and manufacturing process management principles and practices.
7. Project Management Skills : Ability to assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
