Designation : Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: ATL, BTL, and Digital Management for the Brand: Oversee and manage all Above The Line (ATL), Below The Line (BTL), and digital marketing efforts. Brand Building, Awareness, and Preference: Develop and implement robust marketing plans to build the brand, increase awareness, and create brand preference. Local Marketing Activities: Organize and execute local marketing initiatives, new store openings, and SOH (Share of Heart) activities to retain customers. Content Creation: Continuously create content to promote the brand's digital presence. Influencer and Content Creator Partnerships: Establish and manage tie-ups with influencers and successful content creators. Seasonal Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns. Cost Negotiation and On-boarding: Negotiate costs and onboard agencies, models, and celebrities. Brand Consistency and Visibility: Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all channels. Support Online Sales: Drive traffic and promotions to support online sales. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies (both paid and organic) to enhance visibility, awareness, understanding, and engagement for the brand and direct sellers. Brand Films and Shoots: Create concepts and manage shoots for brand films, campaigns, and catalogues. Cross-brand Partnerships: Facilitate cross-brand tie-ups. Hyper-local Marketing: Implement hyper-local marketing strategies to support physical stores.
