Role: Legal Counsel Exp: 5+ Yrs Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience as Legal Counsel or in TMT practice of law firms. • Experience in the Internet, software/ hardware industry. Preferred Qualifications: • LL. B/ Company Secretary qualifications • Proficient in spoken and written English • Proficient in contract administration/other legal research software • Detail oriented with excellent follow through • Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information • Understanding of general commercial law • Experience in project management • Demonstrated communication, writing, analytical, interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines If interested, please send me your updated resume to preethi.p@andortech.com
