As a part of the Heroes team, you will be expected to promote a positively engaged work environment and foster strong relationships between employees and the management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment strategy for Fleetco, with a focus on agency handling and managing large-scale, bulk blue-collar hires across multiple regions globally. This role requires expertise in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding blue-collar talent across a variety of industries and geographies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with recruitment agencies and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the timely delivery of quality candidates in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk blue-collar hiring, ensuring all hiring needs are met across various geographies
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing requirements, focusing on high-volume and seasonal hiring needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they align with the company’s talent acquisition goals and standards.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of agency contracts, ensuring competitive rates and consistent service quality.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements and create tailored recruitment plans for each business unit.
- Coordinate and manage large-scale recruitment campaigns for blue-collar positions across multiple regions and industries.
- Oversee the pre-screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure only the most qualified candidates are hired.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including agencies, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on recruitment-related matters, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and alignment on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on agency handling and bulk blue-collar hiring.
- Extensive experience in managing and scaling large recruitment efforts across multiple countries and regions.
- Strong background in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensuring service delivery excellence.
- Knowledge of global labor laws and recruitment regulations, particularly for blue-collar positions.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and managing bulk hiring campaigns across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and hospitality.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and report on recruitment metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with remote recruitment strategies and managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
