Job Description We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working on both frontend and backend technologies, particularly Next.js for frontend development and Django with Python for backend development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js for frontend, Django for backend API, DRF and Django admin panel.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement robust, scalable, cross-geo and high-performing code.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Review code with best practices of readability, reliability, security, and performance point of view
- Troubleshoot, Bug fixing and debug applications from both frontend and backend.
- Strong understanding of React.js, Next.js, and their core principles.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with popular React state management systems (such as Redux).
- In-depth knowledge of responsive HTML and expertise in CSS frameworks like Styled Components, Material UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Jest and a good understanding of unit testing best practices.
- Strong understanding of Next.js strategies of CSR, SSG, SSR, ISR.
- Strong experience with Python and Django for backend development.
- Fluency in Postgres or any other RDBMS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Exposure to microservices is a big plus.
- Familiarity with basic cloud architecture of AWS or GCP.
- Good understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven 4-5+ Years work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Experience working in a client-facing role or directly with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work during US business hours with at least 4-5 hours of overlap with the client's timezone (PDT/PST).
