This role requires a proven track record in software or technology sales within Ireland and the EU. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in Ireland and the EU.
• Promote our automated testing solutions and software development services to key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the software or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing solutions and software development processes.
• Demonstrated success in selling software solutions in Ireland and the EU.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
