Global Innovation Manager

The Advocate Group is supporting a leading global FMCG organisation looking for a Global Innovation Manager. You will be responsible for developing and delivering all aspects of the brand innovation agenda from ideation to launch in market. The Role:
- Work with the Head of Innovation & Design to develop the 5-year product innovation pipeline.
- Lead multiple internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver product innovation projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure world-class brand identity standards are consistently applied to the highest level across all aspects of the innovation projects.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure NPD launches are supported by strong omni-channel plans.
- Understand the sustainability agenda and champion the development of more sustainable materials and development processes across the brand.
- Keep in the loop of key industry trends and movements.
- Analyse and understand market data, category trends and consumer insights to identify future opportunities for exciting innovations.
- Experience in FMCG, ideally within the drinks sector or other luxury products.
- Proven experience managing innovation from ideation to launch, with strong project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the On/Off trade landscape and successful activation of innovations.
- Skilled in data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, adaptable approach to new challenges.
