We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make cold calls to provided leads and schedule appointments with prospects for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to leads provided by the company. Effectively communicate the purpose of the call and schedule appointments with prospects. Accurately document call outcomes, including scheduled appointments and follow-up details. Handle basic inquiries and objections professionally and courteously. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments. Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is preferred. (Insurance, Banking, Finance industry) Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Organization: Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and appointments. Work Environment: A quiet and professional workspace (if remote).
