The Clientele : Delphi Resort welcomes a variety of customers such as School Groups, Families, Adults/Couples, Day Trippers, Corporate Groups, and Summer Camps. Job Description : A typical day in the job comprises of:

1. Prepping for an activity session
2. Meeting and greeting guests
3. Delivering a fun, safe and educational session
4. Following H&S guidelines and best practices
5. Adapting to weather changes
6. Supervision of groups/residents

Who we are looking for : We require suitably qualified Instructors who are compassionate and knowledgeable. Previous experience in facilitating group learning is desired. Communication skills including active listening, giving and receiving feedback, and clearly conveying expectations are important skills for applicants. Attitude, flexibility and humour are vital qualities of staff in the Delphi Adventure Team. Here at Delphi we work with a large variety of clients and have one of the best teams of instructors/people in the country making the day-to-day great fun! More Info : We are looking for instructors for the entire 2024 season (12/02/24 until 15/11/24). We will be opening again in February 2025 and a successful candidate will be welcome to join our team again at that point. Your hours will be 35 to 45 hours per week, weekend and evening flexibility needed. What We Provide:
