Contract Manager - Resi/Build - €120k+ Package

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Contracts Manager to join our clients growing team in Cork . The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of contract administration from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
2. Oversee project budgets, including cost forecasting and reporting, to meet financial goals.
3. Identify and address potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
5. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
6. Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
7. Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk assessments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
2. At least 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, ideally with a leading contractor.
3. Solid understanding of construction contracts, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with contract management tools.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking.
