Working Hours : 9 AM to 9 PM with 2.5 Hours of Break Location : Candidate must be in Bahrain on valid visa Responsibilities:

  1. Taking stock count on a daily basis (Opening Stock at the beginning of the day, Purchases & Sales during the day and Closing Stock at the end of the day).
  2. Preparing & entering the sale invoices in the accounting software in co-ordination with sales team.
  3. Verifying the supplier invoices with all the supporting documents and entering the same in the accounting software.
  4. Processing payments after reconciling aging wise report with credit facility availed from respective suppliers.
  5. Managing petty cash expenses.
  6. Prepare daily sales report and submit the same to the management.
  7. Follow-up with the customers for outstanding payments.
  8. Liaise with banks for KYC and other bank account related requirements on timely basis.
  9. Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  10. Receivable & Payable adjustments for same customer and supplier.
  11. Weekly cash reports (Available Cash at the beginning of the week, Expected cash collection and payments for the following week).
  12. Passing accounting entries for accruals, prepaid and other adjustments on monthly basis.
  13. Analysing monthly fixed expenses and setting sales targets for the sales team.
  14. Prepare MIS reports on Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually & Annually basis.
  15. Recommendation of financial actions by analysing the situation of the business.
  16. Liaise with auditors for auditing & financial reporting annually.
  17. Manage HR & Admin related activities:
    1. Manage payroll processing including salary, overtime calculation, leave salary etc.
    2. Maintain employee records.
    3. LMRA & GOSI records.
    4. Visa, Passport & CPR expiry records and their timely renewal.
    5. Employees & their family air ticket booking for the vacation.
    6. Maintain leased and owned vehicles record and their timely maintenance.
    7. Manage day to day administrative activities of the shop.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years in accounts and finance with good reporting experience.
  • BCom or relevant education.
