Develop and administer IT Administration/Shared Services plans and programs to administer the IT shared services spectrum from engagement process through delivery and client management, providing services to external clients and internal functions in a shared services environment in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies. - Lead Training and Support for all core operational systems and customer facing applications (Onsite and Via WebEx).
- Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities.
- Review and distribute User Releases/Helpful hints and training manuals to Super / End users where necessary.
- Drive cross functional alignment on country training needs (HR/FiCO/Products).
- Define and provide training courses to provide targeted, process-oriented training programs.
- Perform service desk procedures effectively.
- Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users.
- Ensure all IT telecom, voip, switching and routing infrastructure installations and setups are met industrial standards and compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy.
- Develop and support IT telecom and network infrastructure solutions with agreed deliverables.
- Plan and assess integration with IT applications and systems services where required to eliminate system hindrances.
- Draft and execute software testing and debugging plans to ensure functionality and quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science/engineering.
- Good Knowledge of Local reality.
- Exposure and knowledge of the Global DGF entity.
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
