Job details
Job Overview: We are looking for a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English to manage customer orders and coordinate between clients and our carpentry team. Most communication will be handled via WhatsApp through Meta Business Suite . Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp (Meta Business Suite) to take orders and confirm details.
- Record order details using Excel or Odoo .
- Use a tablet/iPad for digital notes and attaching images .
- Forward orders to carpenters for quotations and relay pricing.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and production.
- Native Arabic, excellent English.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing .
- Proficient in Excel & Odoo (or willing to learn) .
- Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for documentation .
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Own tablet and PC/Laptop to use for the job?
