Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the risk management framework within Aldar in line with the strategic plans. Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the Business Continuity Management System frameworks within Aldar. Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the Crises Management framework within Aldar. Responsible for developing, rolling out, and testing the Group's Business Continuity Plans. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and maintain detailed risk management and business continuity policies and processes and collaborate with key business stakeholders to facilitate their embedding across core processes and individual roles within Aldar.
  2. Lead the design, documentation, communication, and implementation of Aldar's Risk Management and Business Continuity frameworks.
  3. Undertake an annual review of the risk management policy in preparation for sign off, communicating amendments to business areas as required.
  4. Review, assess, and report significant risks and issues identified.
  5. Work with respective departments in implementing required mitigations.
  6. Prepare and collate strategic risks on a quarterly basis for management reporting packs including monitoring of mitigation plans.
  7. Scope, plan, and consolidate an annual Business Continuity Plan testing within Aldar.
  8. Assist key business stakeholders in identifying and responding effectively to risks arising from internal changes or external events.
  9. Carry out ad hoc assigned tasks.
KEY RESULT AREAS
  1. Annual Risk Assessments Exercise.
  2. Review and monitoring of mitigation plans.
  3. Implementation of best practices in Risk frameworks.
  4. Annual review of Business Impact Analysis.
  5. Annual Review & Testing of Business Continuity Plans.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE Min of 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management functions for large organizations ideally within the real estate industry. YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION Min of 2+ years in a managerial position leading a corporate risk function. SECTOR EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  1. Excellent knowledge of industry best risk management practices including regulatory requirements.
  2. Experience in developing and implementing risk management/business continuity policies and processes.
  3. Ability to understand and articulate the commercial benefits of effective risk management.
  4. Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  6. Ability to analyze, present, and report risk management data to senior stakeholders.
  7. Ability to provide and respond to challenges at senior/executive level.
QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering. Certification in Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity Management System. #J-18808-Ljbffr
