Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the risk management framework within Aldar in line with the strategic plans. Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the Business Continuity Management System frameworks within Aldar. Responsible for the development, maintenance & implementation of the Crises Management framework within Aldar. Responsible for developing, rolling out, and testing the Group's Business Continuity Plans. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain detailed risk management and business continuity policies and processes and collaborate with key business stakeholders to facilitate their embedding across core processes and individual roles within Aldar.
- Lead the design, documentation, communication, and implementation of Aldar's Risk Management and Business Continuity frameworks.
- Undertake an annual review of the risk management policy in preparation for sign off, communicating amendments to business areas as required.
- Review, assess, and report significant risks and issues identified.
- Work with respective departments in implementing required mitigations.
- Prepare and collate strategic risks on a quarterly basis for management reporting packs including monitoring of mitigation plans.
- Scope, plan, and consolidate an annual Business Continuity Plan testing within Aldar.
- Assist key business stakeholders in identifying and responding effectively to risks arising from internal changes or external events.
- Carry out ad hoc assigned tasks.
- Annual Risk Assessments Exercise.
- Review and monitoring of mitigation plans.
- Implementation of best practices in Risk frameworks.
- Annual review of Business Impact Analysis.
- Annual Review & Testing of Business Continuity Plans.
- Excellent knowledge of industry best risk management practices including regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management/business continuity policies and processes.
- Ability to understand and articulate the commercial benefits of effective risk management.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Ability to analyze, present, and report risk management data to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to provide and respond to challenges at senior/executive level.
