An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Service Advisor; the primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service supporting the business in the achievement of their objectives. The Role Main responsibilities include:- Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with Renewals, Claims and all mid-term alterations and queries.
- Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
- Achieve an appreciation of each client's business and culture.
- Support and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accounts.
- Foster beneficial insurer relationships.
- Follow company procedures for Renewals and New business.
- Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including compliance.
- Participate in project work.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problems.
- Build relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across local and offshore business.
- Act as an ambassador to WTW’s purpose, values, culture, and appreciate WTW client's business.
Qualifications
The Requirements- CIP qualified.
- Successful and proven experience working for an insurer or broker.
- All-inclusive client advocate and excellent problem solver.
- Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
- Hardworking, proactive and flexible with a desire to take early responsibility.
- Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.
