Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and support a team to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, conduct one-to-one reviews, and support team development.
- Monitor workflows to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulations.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex queries and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet overall team targets.
What You’ll Need:
- A proven track record of success in a customer-focused or sales role, with leadership experience or potential.
- APA or CIP qualifications (or be Grandfathered), with knowledge of personal and commercial insurance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive, resilient, and team-focused mindset.
