You will advocate job search technology to prominent companies across multiple regions and promote the power of our products to make them more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your drive to learn from and establish connections with others will help more organizations find and hire great people. Responsibilities
- Build and develop account relationships and close sales deals efficiently
- Evaluate and assess trends to present monthly analytics reports to your clients
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering exceptional relationships
- Proactively reach out to inactive customers to reactivate and re-engage them
- Implement strategic selling techniques to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base to achieve quota
- Conduct most interactions with clients via phone and virtual channels, with occasional opportunities for in-person visits
- Partner with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver solutions promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- 1+ years of experience in a sales environment
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling and knowledge of customer needs
- You have a data-focused and self-motivated approach
- The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings
- Ability to design visually appealing and informative presentations to showcase products/services and assist sales efforts
