As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “HR Operations Specialist (1 Year Temporary)” . You will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely payroll and salary calculations.
- Accurate and timely payment of salaries and all other payments.
- Preparing all reports for the relevant month and carrying out reconciliations.
- Following up on recruitment and dismissal procedures.
- Completing and keeping up to date personnel files.
- Preparing all legal notifications accurately and on time.
- Conducting necessary correspondence with official institutions and organizations.
- Reconciliation of annual leave.
- Ensuring the consistent use of the leave and shift system and responding to incoming requests.
- Ensuring compliance with Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Energetic with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Meticulous in following up on work and possessing strong supervisory skills.
- A strong communicator, solution-oriented, planned, and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of English.
