At AECOM, we are recruiting an Associate Project Manager to join us in our Cork or Galway office. Here’s what you’ll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

1. Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is required.
2. Manages one or more moderately complex project, involving a combination of the following:
3. Clients with a regional geographic footprint;
4. Projects involving multiple services provided by regional IE offices;
5. Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
6. Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.
7. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.
8. May supervise senior level engineers (all disciplines applicable), as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating and procurement representatives.

Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Here’s what we’re looking for: As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our markets along with having the following qualifications and experience:

1. Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Project Management or other construction or engineering-related profession.
2. Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
