The Head of Cloud Services is an exciting opportunity to drive sustainable growth and development in the markets. In your role, you will be responsible for the Cloud Services team and project delivery. As the interface between our global organization, you will report directly to the Managing Director and the Head of our international Cloud Services organization. In collaboration with the portfolio organization, you will contribute to shaping the strategic targets and will be responsible for fulfilling them. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Cloud Services team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute T-Systems Cloud Services strategy in alignment with overall business goals. Ensure that the implementation and ongoing services are executed in a timely manner, meeting client requirements, by maintaining strong control over scheduling, risks, scope of work, and project budget. Be a part of the management team and collaborate in the fields of project delivery and business development. Manage large-scale IT projects in the fields of customer excellence, financial targets, quality management, and staffing. Take full accountability of the ongoing projects and ensure business stability. Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage OE/Revenue/EBITDA of the existing business and secure the financial performance of the LBU. Manage customer-relationships initiatives. Uphold the principles of the company's Quality Policy. Qualifications: More than 10 years of global IT-Management experience. Excellent leadership qualities and proven track record in the leadership of delivery teams in a global environment. Vast experience in (agile) team management and development and cross-collaboration. Strong intercultural competencies and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of the market and the focus industries. Expertise in Cloud Technology, particularly in TSI core offerings private cloud & open stack. Strong understanding in the fields of application management and IT-infrastructure (SAP and non-SAP). Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cloud-related projects. Experienced in project delivery excellence, international staffing, quality management, and customer excellence. Good understanding of TSI-internal (PA) setup and business processes.
