Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit-Out Senior Estimator at ATRIUM PROJECTS located in Riyadh. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring accurate project budgets.Qualifications
- Experience in estimating costs for fit-out projects 7+Years
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications in estimating or project management are a plus
- KSA Transferable Iqama is preferable.
- Arabic Speaker is preferred.
