Scope of Work : Provide expert-level security consulting services to address customer needs, perform comprehensive risk assessments, and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance security postures in the telco domain. Key Responsibilities

Conduct risk-based security reviews of customers' internal systems, applications, and third-party integrations, identifying vulnerabilities and assessing threats.
Communicate security findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
Deliver balanced, cost-effective recommendations for technical, physical, and administrative control implementations based on risk assessment findings.
Negotiate and gain acceptance of remediation plans and timelines with customers, ensuring alignment with the level of risk associated with identified vulnerabilities.
Define and prioritize consulting and project requirements based on customer demand, market trends, competitive intelligence, and technology evolution.
Develop and deliver security strategies for 4G , 5G , cloud security , and emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product management, and program management, to position and deliver security consultancy services.
Create and deliver technical presentations and participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops to showcase Nokia's security expertise.
Stay abreast of industry standards, such as NIST , IEC , ISO , and SOC , to ensure security practices align with global best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
Graduate degree preferred; an MBA in addition to a technical degree is an asset.

Experience

7+ years of expertise in security, including industry certifications such as CISSP , CISA , or CEH .
7+ years of experience in critical industries (e.g., telecommunications), working with network operators or equipment suppliers.
7+ years of consulting or professional services experience, demonstrating an understanding of telco and security market requirements.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

Deep expertise in 4G security , 5G security , cloud security , and major cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of security technologies and countermeasures, including access management, encryption, vulnerability management, and network security (e.g., EDR , NDR , firewalls , VPN , 2FA ).
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, including NIST , IEC , ISO , and SOC .
Experience with security controls across domains such as authentication, authorization, physical security, and more.
Excellent grasp of the industry landscape, including customer requirements, competitors, and emerging security technologies.

Soft Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical strategies and architectures to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders across internal and external teams.
Strong consulting skills to build trust and provide effective solutions for clients.
