We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Consultant to support our team in JavaScript development, business intelligence, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Basic knowledge of ARIS BPM (modeling, scripting, or dashboards) is a plus. This role also requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ARIS BPM Support: Assist in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using ARIS BPM under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Basic Report Development: Contribute to the development of ARIS reports using JavaScript and ARIS APIs to support simple business reporting needs.
  3. BI Dashboards: Help develop and maintain BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, creating visualizations to provide insights for decision-making.
  4. Workflow Assistance: Support the analysis and design of workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business operations.
  5. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into technical specifications with supervision.
  6. Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
  7. Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and contribute to timely problem resolution.
  8. Documentation: Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. JavaScript Fundamentals: Solid understanding of JavaScript and basic coding practices, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  2. BI Dashboard Familiarity: Basic experience in creating and managing BI dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  3. Workflow Awareness: Familiarity with workflow development and process design, with a desire to develop expertise in this area.
  4. Business Analysis Basics: Exposure to gathering and documenting business requirements, with an interest in learning more advanced techniques.
  5. ARIS BPM (Plus): Some exposure to ARIS BPM or similar process modeling tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
  6. Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written formats.
  7. Problem-Solving: Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem resolution.
  8. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
