We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong MEP background to lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, managing technical teams, and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all MEP-related activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to maintain safety and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations and company policies.
Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing innovative solutions to improve system performance.
Maintain technical documentation and reports related to MEP operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and technical management.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience in managing MEP projects within construction, real estate, or facility management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
