Reporting to the Client Engagement & Digital executive, the intern will be responsible for: CRM & Clienteling. She/he will support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and the 3 businesses counterparts on the implementation of the clienteling actions.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational execution of Clienteling activation (emailers, digital cards, print cards, brochures…)
- Support the adoption of retail clienteling tools and liaise with HQ (Paris) for bug fixes and improvements.
- Accompany the deployment of new features on the clienteling tool.
- Provide monthly KPIs on clienteling actions, client listings, reports, and various ROI calculations for all networks.
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Contribute to database growth and enrichment by ensuring accuracy & quality of the data, reporting duplicate profiles, and establishing dashboards to follow up on data capture/corrections.
- Reconcile & link data from different databases to provide insights on clients across our various networks.
CLIENT INSIGHTS
- Support specific analyses linked to client databases and profiles.
- Ability to present data visually, such as using Power BI output.
Profile:
You have a master’s degree (business school, university master…) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background. You are tech-savvy, highly proficient in Excel (advanced pivot, index, match, VLOOKUP), familiar with Power BI, and understand client needs and behaviors. Your communication skills are one of your strengths, as they will be key for you to understand internal partners' needs & challenges from retail and office. You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a “can do” mindset, allowing you to overcome challenges and find solutions. You are proactive, dynamic, and capable of adapting to a fast-moving environment. English is a must; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
