M&E Associate Recruitment Consultant at Global Professional ConsultantsA Principal Electrical Engineer with Irish Building Services experience required to join my client's expanding Dublin office. The successful candidate will be involved in the following range of projects: Data centres, industrial, commercial, Oil and Gas & Pharma.Requirements:Full Irish driving licence required.Fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland.Proficiency in software such as Dialux, Amtech (Trimble), ETAP, ERACS, and CDEGS, with the ability to train others.Extensive electrical design experience (LV, MV, HV) within building services environments, including SLD (topology), coordination studies, and electrical services design.In-depth knowledge of key Health & Safety regulations and legislation.Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).Strong ability to prioritize workload effectively.Duties:Preparing design drawings, selecting electrical plant components, and developing specifications.Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for the team.Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.Maintaining high technical standards, contributing to bids (TBA), and engaging with clients and project partners in design and planning.Ensuring project delivery within agreed budgets and schedules.Coordinating with power utility companies and overseeing power supply upgrades.Traveling to client and project sites as needed for meetings, surveys, and company representation.If you are a Principal Electrical Design Engineer who is looking for your next career move, please send your CV to Grace Birch or call 086 084 2014 for a confidential discussion.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering Services and Building Construction
