This role collaborates with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develops the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that bus needs cascades down to the team level. Owns the feature product backlog and serves as the ultimate product authority approving PI/TI and Iteration objectives. People leader supporting staff with product expertise and career growth/development.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure successful integration of their solutions with the companys ecosystem. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.What you will need ?We are looking for a Product Management Manager in Global Supply Chain Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a product team to deliver high quality logistics technology solutions and cultivating a growing team of product owners and analysts, managing the day-to-day progress of each team members professional journey while coordinating with other leaders to maintain a high-performing team.Act as a Technicalproduct managerin the Global Supply Chain Logistics IT team and drive the delivery of business value through implementing and improving technology solutions to enable enterprise integration & automation teams to develop solutions. Have a demonstrable engineering mindset including what it takes to research, design, develop and implement software solutions at scale.Our ideal candidate will have a combination of people leadership experience, product management, and engineering experience with enterprise application integrations and automations. Our team is looking for a leader who is passionate about technology while delivering business value and developing our talent.You will be a champion of agile and you will work closely with our Business and Engineering teams.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 12 years of experience in product management and technology3-5+ years of experience leading and managing product teamsOwner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including advanced ability to serve as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layerOwns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value workIf part of an ART, is an active participant with advanced skills in ART ceremonies and associated responsibilities.Responsible in identifying customers and stakeholders including expert skills with client/stakeholder management both internal & external. This includes representing their business value needs & validation of proposed solutions and creating a product visionWorks effectively with all levels and roles including fully understanding R&Rs of the PO, team, stakeholders & other teamsWorks with Epic Owners to develop Lean Business Case for Epics, or if an Epic Owner, will develop & manage the Lean Business CasePeople Manager with direct reports (Product owners and Analysts) including alignment & adherence to HR compliance regarding staff management.Strong team management and organization skills; ability to lead, motivate, coach, and direct a global workgroupStrong performance management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members across multiple levels accountable for commitmentsResponsible for managing vendor relationships including expertise in ensuring targeted vendor deliverables meet our product needs including timely alignmentDrives product innovationKnowledgeable and supportive regarding creation & execution of product SOWsParticipant & reviewer of RFPsExperience managing a global function in a complex, multi-national corporate setting with geographically dispersed teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsStrong experience with SAFe and agile development methodologiesUnderstanding of Technology architecture, design patterns, nonfunctional requirements, and best practicesExperience working on Enterprise Application Integrations and AutomationsNice to have Qualifications:Azure Cloud in generalDomian expertise in Supply Chain ManagementExperience in Research and Development, Product InnovationSDLC for modern full-stack web applications (.NET, C#, SQL, Angular, Blazor)Exposure to diverse portfolio of applications is a plusExposure to modernization practicesExperience specifying required configuration of off the shelf products to deliver business value
