Cladtek is the largest supplier of weld overlay Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) pipe in the world today, and a leading supplier of CRA mechanically lined pipe (MLP). From humble beginnings 15 years ago, our products are now in service around the globe and with some of the world's largest and most respected organisations including Adnoc Group, Aramco, Chevron, Exxon, Petrobras and Shell. We have strategically located manufacturing facilities in Batam, Indonesia, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. These facilities not only give us truly global and cost effective manufacturing capability, they also demonstrate the commitment that Cladtek has made to the regions in which we work, and our customers. Cladtek is a highly flexible organisation, willing to work with our customers to optimise solutions. Customers can select their carbon steel raw materials suppliers and free issue material to Cladtek, or we can provide both carbon steel raw materials and cladding. We offer a range of standalone related services such as induction bending, pipe spool fabrication, thermally sprayed aluminium coating, design and manufacture of clad valves, and design and manufacture of clad pressure vessels including pig launchers and receivers. We also offer complete, integrated clad products solutions that allow our customers to combine our various products and services into a single, seamless package that extends all the way to fabrication of skids and modules. On top of this, the locations of our facilities have been selected to benefit our customers, being close to line pipe coating yards, and to logistics facilities for road and sea freight. Cladtek is ISO 9001/API Q1 certified and holds API 5LC (Lic 0019) and API 5LD (Lic 0007). We also carry U, U2 and R stamp certification and API 6A and 6D certification for valves and flanges. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our continuing investment in new equipment and methods for quality assurance and control. Our in-house Research and a Development team is constantly focused on developing technologies to enhance our products and give our customers absolute peace of mind. Cladtek has a strong behaviour based safety system, and has invested in equipment, methods, people and processes to fully support that system. Our track record in safety speaks for itself with industry leading LTIFR of 0.57 and TRIFR of 0.85 (As at Dec 2018) Requirements : Experience in software development minimum 2 years. Experience in C#, C++, SQL, .NET Framework, and MS Access database. Graduated from information technology (IT) or equivalent. Will be based in Batam City, Riau Island.
