Educating salesman and Branch Managers to tally physical sales with the cash memos.
Educating all Branch Managers on how to explain queries to different departments.
Daily maintained dashboard report includes (Daily Leave/Absentees, Daily sales targets, Daily individual targets for each section) for each Branch.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales region strategy to ensure alignment with Metro strategy Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards.
Ensure sales targets are achieved and make a comprehensive report on a daily basis which includes given daily targets and achievement of targets in percentage. Information Technology and Services - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
