Qualifications: Computer Science or Engineering plus MBA - Proven track record of pro-actively leading and growing offshore development teams
- Experience designing and testing systems with large data throughput and capacity needs
- Knowledge of Tomcat or WebSphere application servers
- Experience with HTML, JSP, and Perl
- Experience in both Linux and Windows environments deploying Java systems
- Four-year Computer Science degree or equivalent
- Desirable to have an MBA in a business discipline
- Comprehensive yet concise communication skills in fluent English
- Ability to make tough decisions that set the best long-term direction
- Proven ability to work directly with US-based product and technology leaders
- Ability to handle most day-to-day issues locally with little direct intervention from US office
