- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, printers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and pitch innovative marketing campaign proposals designed to meet business goals.
- Create and manage the production of engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, in-app notifications, email marketing (eDM), and other digital assets.
- Implement ASO best practices, focusing on keyword optimization, engaging visuals, and compelling app descriptions.
- Develop strategies to grow the user base and cultivate long-term customer loyalty.
- Serve as the brand steward, ensuring all marketing materials and communications align with the brand's identity, values, and tone.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition and market positioning.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities.
- Monitor referral program performance and design incentive structures to improve results.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to broaden brand reach and credibility.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to co-market and boost visibility.
- Continuously explore new partnership opportunities for innovative collaborations.
- Oversee the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or a relevant qualification.
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail, technology, or mobile app industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, ASO (App Store Optimization), and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
- A creative mindset with a passion for building impactful brands.
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is a plus.
