You are responsible for training and motivating Sales staff, developing Sales strategies, setting Sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also monitor and analyze Sales data, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders. The Head of Sales plays an important role in the success and growth of an organization by increasing Sales revenue and market share. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Accurate Sales forecasting is crucial for effective resource allocation and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations departments to develop budgets, ensuring adequate resources are allocated to support Sales activities.
Sales Performance Evaluation and Reporting
  • Regularly evaluate Sales team performance, providing comprehensive reports to senior management.
  • These reports highlight key performance indicators, Sales trends, and areas for improvement.
  • By presenting accurate and insightful performance data, contribute to strategic decision-making processes and help drive business growth.
Sales Strategy Development
  • Play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective Sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and devise plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align Sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Acquisition of new clients.
  • Identify gap analysis (which item or which customer we have lost sales).
  • Discuss monthly consumption of all customers twice a month and advise relevant course of action.
  • Discussion of aging with all employees.
  • Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels.
  • Discuss sample feedback with all employees twice a month with the R&D team.
  • Discuss inquiries of all customers at day end.
  • Create a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
  • Actively look for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
  • Management of customer relationships.
  • Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
  • Management of key accounts.
  • Development of new accounts.
  • Reporting and operations.
  • Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction.
  • Make visit calendar of all sales staff. Criteria will be decided by management.
Requirements and Skills
  • MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and should have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
  • Should be flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • Should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
