We are looking for an experienced CNC VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs using CAM software, ensuring precision machining of components as per design specifications. CAM Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX, SolidCAM, or Powermill . G-code and M-code Development: Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code and M-code for CNC VMC machines. Salary Range: ₹45,000 - ₹65,000 per month Tool Path Optimization: Design efficient tool paths to minimize cycle times while ensuring quality and accuracy. Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and calibrate VMC machines, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces. GD&T Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T). Material & Tool Selection: Determine appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
