Craft Financial Strategy

• Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with CARS24’s ambitious growth goals.
• Create robust financial models and frameworks to assess business performance and forecast future scenarios.

• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, delivering clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and operational execution.

• Transform complex financial data into meaningful insights that influence business priorities.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders to shape CARS24’s strategic direction.
• Serve as the go-to financial advisor, providing insights that drive key business decisions.

• Proactively identify and manage financial risks, ensuring CARS24 operates within a strong and compliant financial framework.
• Establish controls and governance processes to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.

• Bring 7+ years post qualification as a chartered accountant with experience in Business Finance, financial strategy, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Excel at creating data-driven financial models that shape strategic decisions.
• Have experience working closely with senior leadership to align financial planning with business goals.
• Have successfully led and scaled Business Finance teams in dynamic environments.
• Possess a strong grasp of financial systems and tools, with a passion for process improvement and automation.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
