Site Reliability Engineer - Mid Level

Salary: 120,000 PHP

Location: Mandaluyong City

Set-Up: Hybrid (2x a week onsite)

Job Description: In this role, you and the team will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure that support our company’s applications and services. This person will work closely with development teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, and will also participate in on-call support to ensure the availability of our systems.

Is this your next challenge in IT Infrastructure? The challenge is to:

• - Design and implement automated systems for monitoring, alerting, and incident response on Google & Azure cloud infrastructure.
• - Manage Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• - Work with development teams to build and deploy high-availability (HA) and scalable applications and services (Development and management of CI/CD).
• - Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• - Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, applications, and programs.
• - Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems.

• - 3 years of experience in SRE/DevOps (Linux-based infrastructure).
• - Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts.
• - Cloud background (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• - Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash).
• - Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• - Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• - Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK).
• - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• - Excellent communication skills.
