Team Handled : 100+FOS Position : 1 Position Summary The AVP – BTL Sales will lead the distribution of credit cards through offline field sales channels and oversee Below-T he-Line (BTL ) activities in the North Region. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, scaling operations, and challenging traditional business models through innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide strategic leadership to field sales teams, cultivating a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and implement measures to improve team productivity.
Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to boost credit card sales and market reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals for field sales teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to enhance revenue and customer value.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry norms for credit card sales and marketing.
  • Implement risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and safeguard the company’s interests.
Reporting and Metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and strategy execution.
  • Continuously monitor sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven success in sales leadership roles, particularly in financial services with a focus on credit cards and BTL activities.
