We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to individually deliver. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, prospecting, and engaging with C-level executives in both enterprise and SME sectors. You should have strong cold-calling skills, a proven sales track record, and experience managing the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to customer onboarding. This is a great opportunity to be a key player in our growing team. Working: Remote Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a proven history of closing deals at the CXO level. Experience in IT, Retail, or Banking sectors in India, Singapore, and the USA is preferred. Proven ability to sell to both enterprise organizations and SMEs. Strong cold-calling skills and pipeline-building experience. Key Responsibilities: -Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop strategies to engage new clients, utilizing cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels. -Cold Calling & Client Engagement: Establish relationships with decision-makers and introduce Headway.ai's solutions. -Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct tailored product demos that showcase the value and ROI. -Sales Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully. -Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Ensure smooth transitions and maintain long-term relationships. -Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities and report on pipeline status.
