Job Description Exciting opportunity for a banking/lending professional (2-3 years experience) to join an influential residential development lender. Key responsibilities will include: Providing operational and administrative support to Lending and Senior Lending Managers. Analysing residential development projects, supporting borrowers to structure loan proposals and making recommendations to the senior team. Participating in regular reviews of borrower relationships and funded developments. Assisting with post approval loan due diligence. Requirements for this Role 2-3 years experience in a banking/lending role. Experience with residential development lending would be advantageous. Knowledge of lending agreements and covenants.
