House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. The Project Planner is responsible for creating and managing project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. They coordinate activities, manage resources, monitor progress, and address potential risks or delays to keep the project on track. Additionally, they assist with planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, and deadlines.
  2. Liaise with site construction teams and other related professionals to ensure effective project execution.
  3. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and project goals.
  4. Identify project deficiencies and propose action plans for cost-reduction and efficiency improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate project documentation, including resource plans, change orders, labor, and expense records.
  6. Demonstrate engineering expertise in delivering complex construction projects.
Required Qualifications & Experiences
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and management, with a focus on construction projects.
  3. Proficient in using Primavera P6 or other relevant planning software for scheduling, programming, and reporting.
