Job Description Design Review and Analysis : Reviewing architectural design drawings and specifications to ensure they are accurate, feasible, and meet project requirements. Documentation Management : Preparing, organizing, and maintaining all technical documentation, such as design drawings, submittals, shop drawings, reports, and correspondence with contractors, consultants, and clients. Coordination with Design Team : Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the architectural designs are correctly interpreted and implemented. Preparation of Shop Drawings : Creating detailed shop drawings that will be used for construction, ensuring they are accurate and comply with the original design specifications. Material Selection and Procurement : Assisting in selecting materials for the project and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure materials are available on time and in line with the project’s specifications. On-Site Coordination : Coordinating between the technical office and construction site, providing technical support and resolving any architectural-related issues that may arise on site. Quality Control : Conducting quality checks to ensure that the architectural works conform to the design standards, specifications, and local building codes. Cost Estimation and Budgeting : Assisting with cost estimation for architectural work and ensuring that the design work remains within budget. Project Scheduling : Helping in the preparation of project schedules and ensuring the timely completion of architectural work in line with the project timeline. Design Modifications : Proposing and coordinating design modifications or adjustments based on site conditions, client requests, or regulatory changes, ensuring changes are properly documented and implemented. Compliance with Regulations : Ensuring that all designs and construction activities adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Communication with Clients : Maintaining clear communication with clients, providing them with updates, clarifications, and resolving any architectural queries they may have. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture (preferably with previous experience in housing projects)
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
The candidate will work as a Technical Office Engineer on-site, handling technical matters to support execution in compliance with the specifications and approved drawings. Additionally, the candidate will manage documents and reports required by the owner, owner's representative, and consultant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
