Key Responsibilities:
- Work for Gensets sales / Solar panels / Data center etc. / Execution
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs demonstrating the value of products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively balancing the needs of both the client and the company to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business through regular check-ins and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and promotional strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience in a relevant industry showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial for building rapport and closing deals effectively.
- A results-driven mindset combined with resilience to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads is highly valued.
- Personal integrity and a customer-centric approach are essential in building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Physical ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related activities is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
