RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a hospitality company based in Dubai that has numerous operations, including restaurants, beach clubs, and special events/concerts. The client is looking for a strong:

Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Set-up stakeholder meetings (internal and external), attend meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings.
Communicate with external brand representatives as well as internal senior leaders.
Support in creating business presentations, reports, and analytics related to projects and other topics.
Attend and support during advisory board meetings.
Lead and monitor task forces related to ongoing projects.
Execute invoices related to government interactions.
Coordinate and execute other administrative tasks during project management.

Minimum Requirements:

Construction experience.
Hospitality project experience.
Administration experience.
