RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a hospitality company based in Dubai that has numerous operations, including restaurants, beach clubs, and special events/concerts. The client is looking for a strong:
Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Responsibilities include:- Set-up stakeholder meetings (internal and external), attend meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Communicate with external brand representatives as well as internal senior leaders.
- Support in creating business presentations, reports, and analytics related to projects and other topics.
- Attend and support during advisory board meetings.
- Lead and monitor task forces related to ongoing projects.
- Execute invoices related to government interactions.
- Coordinate and execute other administrative tasks during project management.
- Construction experience.
- Hospitality project experience.
- Administration experience.
