About the job: We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our SEO team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading and optimizing organic traffic acquisition through strong expertise in On-page and Technical SEO. You will analyze, manage, and report on Almosafer’s SEO performance, run targeted projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on SEO opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic technical audits across all Almosafer platforms, identifying and resolving issues related to page speed, Core Web Vitals (CWV), crawlability, and Indexibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, content, and design, to implement SEO recommendations and achieve business objectives.
- Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements such as metadata, internal linking, structured data, and URL structures.
- Research, plan, and execute a robust content strategy targeting high-intent and high-volume keywords to increase engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Use advanced SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance and provide actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and create scalable strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO and content strategy.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking criteria, site architecture and HTML markup and industry trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Experience working closely with development teams to implement technical SEO best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
