To enhance and support the Construction function through managing and leading employees, monitoring the scopes of work for different construction activities, ensuring progress through monitoring project evolution and contractor performance to ensure high-end and on-time delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of project management, strong leadership skills, and expertise in the construction industry. Client Details Our client is a large scale developer responsible for one of the Saudi Vision 20230 giga projects. The company is based in Riyadh and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes on time and on budget. Description

  1. Site based role managing the consultants and contractors to oversee project delivery of a mixed-use portfolio.
  2. Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
  3. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  4. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  5. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  6. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  7. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  8. Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular reports on progress.
  9. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
Profile A successful Associate Project Director must have:
  1. Regional experience in the GCC.
  2. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
