Business Development Manager-Relocation

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored relocation solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the relocation and freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the relocation and moving services industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, expatriates, and individuals seeking relocation services.
• Conduct client needs assessments and provide customized relocation solutions.
• Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales in relocation or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of international and domestic relocation processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license mandatory.
• Arabic Language is a plus.
