We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. About the Role As our CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and provide monthly updates to the Board, ensuring strategic alignment and financial mastery across all aspects of the business. Your leadership will span both the manufacturing and hospitality arms of Gradi Group, driving financial strategy, optimizing performance, and steering the business toward its ambitious goals. You will not only manage the numbers—you’ll influence decisions, foster innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build an agile, high-performing organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Gradi Group’s growth objectives. Reporting & Analysis : Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely financial reports to the Board and leadership team to guide decision-making. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive sustainable success. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements while proactively managing financial risks. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operational and leadership teams to enhance overall business performance and innovation. What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum 3 years of senior financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes. Strategic Vision : Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Technical Expertise : Strong skills in financial strategy, compliance, risk management, and reporting. Industry Knowledge : Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, or QSR is an advantage but not essential. A passion for excellence is what truly matters.
