UI/UX Designer(Afternoon Shift)

1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
2. Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
3. Design user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons.
4. Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and appearance.
5. Ensure all designs are responsive, intuitive, and adhere to user-centered principles.
6. Produce original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and other visuals.
7. Present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, refining them based on feedback.
8. Identify and resolve UX problems, ensuring seamless usability.
9. Maintain design consistency by adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.

1. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital marketing or software development environment.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
3. Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).
4. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Experience designing for mobile apps is highly preferred.
6. Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
7. Effective time management and organizational skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
